Qualifications

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide trustworthy automotive advice and a positive experience.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated store environment and meet goals.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance the customer journey and store metrics.
• Restock merchandise, keep the store organized, and follow cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
• Utilize store processes and PPE to ensure safety and efficiency in daily tasks.
• Assist customers with installations such as wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs.
• Read vehicle codes with diagnostic tools and suggest suitable solutions.
