Job summary

MSU Federal Credit Union in Illinois is seeking a Senior Lending Relations Specialist to maintain and grow dealer, contractor, and merchant partnerships, expanding the indirect lending portfolio through regular visits and proactive collaboration.

This hybrid role requires travel across Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin, a valid driver's license, and a proven sales mindset with strong communication, negotiation and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous sales experience is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary communications link between dealer partners and MSU Federal Credit Union.
• Identify potential new partners and promote indirect lending to merchants.
• Communicate, market, and promote Credit Union products and services to dealerships.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve auto lending goals.
• Visit dealer partners regularly to market and promote the indirect lending program.
• Prepare activity reports for Management and present to partners.
