Job summary

Michigan State University Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Lending Relations Specialist to maintain and grow relationships with dealerships, contractors, and merchants. The role focuses on promoting and expanding indirect lending through regular partner visits and targeted marketing efforts.

The position involves hybrid work with travel across Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin, requiring a strong sales background and excellent relationship-building skills to drive program growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous sales experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Completed or pursuing completion of an approved course on developing leadership or sales skills development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary communications link between dealer partners and MSU Federal Credit Union, identifying dealership needs and market trends.
• Identify potential new partners and market indirect lending to grow the program.
• Communicate, market, and promote Credit Union products to dealerships in writing and verbally.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve auto lending goals.
• Ensure indirect lending aligns with Credit Union operations and strategy.
• Visit dealer partners regularly to promote the indirect lending program.
