Job summary

Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to repair, replace and recalibrate automotive glass at our shop or on-site mobile jobs. You will leverage Safelite training, specialty tools and tech to ensure safety, quality and outstanding customer service.

You’ll also operate company vehicles, engage with customers by phone and text, and support sales of Safelite services. The role requires 18+, a valid license, and SafeTech certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred and valid driver’s license.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.
• Must be 18 years or older and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Repair and replace vehicle glass at shop or mobile shop.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and diagnose issues.
• Operate Safelite tools and manage customer interactions.
• Safely drive company and customer vehicles as needed.
• Meet safety, quality, and customer-service standards.
