Job summary

Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to perform repairs, replacements and recalibrations in shop or on the go with our Mobile Glass Shop offerings. You’ll apply Safelite training and industry-leading tools to deliver safe, high-quality work and excellent customer service.

You will operate a range of Safelite tools, handle job administration, drive company vehicles, and continuously uphold Safelite standards while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license required to operate company vehicle.
• Safelite SafeTech certification is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide glass repair and replacement services at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop with focus on safety, quality and customer service.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies and manage job-related admin tasks.
• Communicate with customers in person, text, and phone; promote Safelite services.
• Adhere to policies and standards and perform other duties as assigned.
