Qualifications

• Technician: 1+ years of vehicle glass installation, repair, replacement, recalibration, or related automotive service experience.
• Senior/Master levels: 3+ years and/or mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop.
• Clean customer vehicles after every job.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and complete diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies (True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS).
• Communicate with customers by phone/text/in-person; promote Safelite services.
• Senior/Master levels may mentor others and lead technical training.
