Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of vehicle glass installation/repair/replacement experience.
• Senior/Master levels require 3+ or 5+ years respectively.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Willingness to operate Safelite tools and technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide vehicle glass repair and replacement safely and efficiently.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Use Safelite tools (True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS) and MRM tech.
• Interact with customers in person, by text, and by phone.
• Senior/Master level: mentor, coach and share best practices.
• Follow all policies and standards and maintain professionalism.
