Maynard's Auto Repair in Clackamas, OR, is seeking an experienced Automotive Diagnostic Technician for a Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM full-time role. Earn $42–$50 per flagged hour (flat rate) with occasional overtime and no weekend work.

• At least 6 years of hands-on automotive repair experience.
• A-Level technician with advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong experience diagnosing electrical and drivability concerns.
• Experience servicing domestic and Asian vehicles.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a small team.
• Clear, professional communication with service staff and shop leadership.
• General computer proficiency; ALLDATA experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair domestic and Asian vehicles.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical and drivability concerns.
• Perform repairs involving brakes, suspension, engines, electrical systems, and related automotive systems.
• Complete accurate diagnostics and resolve repair concerns with an emphasis on quality and craftsmanship.
• Work independently while collaborating with technicians, service staff, and shop leadership.
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly and professionally with service staff.
• Maintain clean, organized workmanship and focus on completing repairs correctly the first time.
• Provide technical expertise and stability as the shop moves through its leadership transition.
