Strategic Staffing Solutions in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior Auto Claims Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve auto insurance claims from FNOL to closure. You will handle liability investigations, coverage analysis, bodily injury, property damage, total loss, and settlement negotiations.

Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote; Monday–Friday; 12-week paid training. Minimum 2 years auto claims adjusting experience; High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred).

Job Title: Senior Auto Claims Adjuster

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote

Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve moderate to complex auto insurance claims from FNOL through closure. Handle liability investigations, coverage analysis, bodily injury, property damage, total loss, settlement negotiations, and claim resolution.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of auto claims adjusting experience
• Full ownership of auto claims from FNOL through closure
• Experience handling auto liability claims
• Experience handling bodily injury claims
• Experience handling property damage claims
• Coverage analysis and claim investigations
• Insurance policy interpretation
• Knowledge of state insurance regulations

Preferred

• Previous insurance carrier or claims call center experience
• CPCU, AIC, AINS, or SCLA designation
• Military or military spouse affiliation
