You will investigate coverage, gather facts, determine coverage decisions, and coordinate with defense counsel on litigated matters, while maintaining compliance with company policies.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, licensure within 60 days if not already licensed, and 5–10 years of claims

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Licensure within 60 days of employment if not currently licensed.
• 5–10 years of auto and casualty claims experience; litigation management preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret and understand insurance policies, exclusions, and endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a load of litigated and non-litigated auto and casualty claims.
• Investigates coverage, gathers information, and issues coverage determinations.
• Assigns and coordinates defense counsel for litigated claims to ensure effective resolution.
• Collaborates with SIU to detect false or inflated claims.
• Prepares claim recommendations and presents them to management.
