Job summary

Don Johnson Motors Cumberland Motors Collision Center in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to perform high-quality collision repairs and follow OEM repair plans. You’ll work with estimators and parts staff to ensure safe, precise results in a stable, long-term shop.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, competitive compensation, and strong support. The role includes opportunities for I-CAR/OEM training and career growth within a fifth-generation family

Qualifications

• 2+ years collision repair experience.
• Strong body repair and refinishing skills.
• Experience with welding and frame work preferred.
• I-CAR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Complete structural and non-structural collision repairs.
• Follow OEM procedures and documented repair plans.
• Repair and replace panels, frames, and related components.
• Perform welding, metalwork, panel alignment, sanding, and surface preparation.
• Work closely with estimators and the parts team.
• Document repairs thoroughly with notes and photos.
• Complete quality-control checks before vehicles leave your care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
