Don Johnson Motors Cumberland Collision Center is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician who takes pride in craftsmanship and wants a stable, long-term home. Youll work on structural and non-structural repairs, following OEM procedures and documented repair plans, with strong support from estimators and parts.

We offer Monday–Friday schedules, no weekends, competitive pay based on experience, and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Proven professional collision repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete structural and non-structural collision repairs.
• Follow OEM procedures and documented repair plans.
• Repair and replace panels, frames, and related components.
• Perform welding, metalwork, panel alignment, sanding, and surface prep.
• Work closely with estimators and the parts team.
• Document repairs with notes and photos.
• Complete quality-control checks before vehicles leave.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
