A strong emphasis is placed on safety, cost awareness, and efficient cycle times. Ideal candidates will have body repair certifications, frame machine experience, and the ability to supervise apprentices while maintaining high repair standards across all jobs.

Qualifications

• Experience with body repair processes.
• Ability to read and interpret measuring data.
• Certifications in body repair preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Works and communicates with others on vehicle repair status.
• Performs quality repairs while keeping on-time status in mind.
• Makes decisions on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Directs the work of an apprentice in the performance of tasks when needed.
