Job summary

Preferred Risk Insurance is seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Professional to strengthen our P&C compliance program, with a primary focus on non-standard auto and general liability. The Senior Analyst will monitor federal/state regulations, assess impact on products and operations, and lead internal compliance reviews.

This role requires coordinating regulatory filings, market conduct exams, and cross-functional guidance while mentoring junior analysts.

Qualifications

6+ years in insurance regulatory compliance, preferably P&C auto or general liability.
Strong knowledge of personal and commercial auto regulations and state/federal requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
Experience translating regulatory requirements into actionable guidance for teams.
Familiarity with compliance training and risk-based reviews.

Responsibilities

Monitor changes in state and federal P&C insurance regulations and translate requirements for teams.
Track proposed bills and enforcement trends affecting underwriting, forms, and claims.
Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls for auto and liability lines.
