Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, and coordinates a large and important project or a number of smaller projects.
• Performs complex or novel assignments requiring new or improved techniques and procedures.
• May develop and evaluate plans and criteria for projects and activities.
• Organizes work and that of others; estimates personnel needs and schedules to meet deadlines.
• Provides periodic written reports outlining work and solutions.
• Assists in training of new personnel.
