Job summary

BWX Technologies, Inc. (BWXT) is seeking an AUKUS Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex projects on-site in Erwin, Tennessee, and coordinate with clients and internal teams.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, budgeting, and safety/compliance oversight within a federal contractor environment. The successful candidate will have a strong engineering background, 10+ years in the field, experience with decommissioning/construction, and a PM certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering or technical discipline required.
• 10+ years' experience in engineering/technical roles with project leadership.
• Experience in decommissioning and construction; PMP preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead large on-site and off-site projects with full responsibility.
• Interface with clients and management to meet objectives and maximize program benefits.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including subcontractors; manage resources and schedules.
