BWX Technologies, Inc. in Tennessee seeks an AUKUS Engineer 6 to advance complex engineering projects on-site in Erwin. You will guide engineering and scientific personnel, develop solutions, and drive new products, processes, and analyses in a fast-moving environment.

Candidate must have a B.S. in Engineering with strong communication and teamwork abilities. You will write test plans, technical reports, and proposals, and lead major engineering efforts.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication of complex technical information.
• Ability to work independently and in a multifunctional team.

Responsabilidades

• Provides expert guidance to engineering and scientific personnel in developing new products, processes, materials, and analyses.
• Develops solutions requiring knowledge of engineering and other disciplines and communicates them to others.
• Continuously evaluates impact of new knowledge on projects and opportunities.
• May supervise as a technical consultant.
• Reviews technical proposals for accuracy and manufacturing capability.
• Maintains liaison with internal and external stakeholders on technical matters.
