Job summary

Hire Consulting Services in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Senior Auditor to join our growing CPA firm on a hybrid work schedule. The role focuses on leading client engagements, mentoring junior staff, and delivering high-quality audits.

You will build client relationships, plan and execute audits, and ensure GAAP compliance while developing a deep understanding of clients’ businesses. CPA or CPA candidate preferred, with 2–4 years of public accounting audit experience.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Accounting; Masters in Accounting is a plus.
• 2–4 years of audit experience in public accounting.
• CPA or CPA candidate.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients by gathering information, resolving problems, and providing recommendations for process improvements.
• Lead client audit, review, and compilation engagements, including planning, executing, directing and completing financial audits.
• Demonstrate knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and financial statement presentation.
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates on audit process.
• Research and analyze financial statements and audit related issues.
• Acquire a working knowledge of clients’ businesses.
• Perform other accounting services as assigned.
