You will lead client audit, review and compilation engagements, including planning, executing, directing and completing financial audits, while mentoring associates and driving process improvements.

This role requires a BS in Accounting, CPA or CPA candidate, and 2–4 years of public accounting experience to deliver superior client service.

Qualifikationen

• BS degree in Accounting; Masters in Accounting a plus.
• 2–4 years of audit experience in public accounting.
• CPA or CPA candidate.
• Strong project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Build relationships with clients by gathering information and providing process improvements.
• Lead client audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning to completion.
• Demonstrate knowledge of GAAP and financial statement presentation.
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates on audit processes.
• Research and analyze financial statements and audit issues.
• Acquire working knowledge of clients’ businesses.
• Perform other accounting services as assigned.
