Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of public accounting or external audit experience.
• CPA license or actively working toward CPA exam.
• Strong knowledge of accounting rules, advanced Excel, analytical thinking, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engagements: Plan and manage audit fieldwork from start to finish within a set budget.
• Review Work: Check financial statements, working papers, and test results prepared by junior associates.
• Ensure Compliance: Verify that financial records follow GAAP/GAAS and other regulatory standards.
• Mentor Staff: Train, coach, and evaluate junior team members and interns.
• Client Communication: Meet with client management day-to-day to resolve issues and gather information.
