Job summary

Addison Finance & Accounting in Boca Raton, FL seeks a Senior Auditor to lead full-cycle audits from planning through completion with minimal oversight. You will serve as the primary contact with clients and present audit reports to them.

Ideal candidates hold or pursue a CPA, have CIRA condo/HOA audit experience, demonstrate client relationship skills, and are eager to grow with the firm while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license preferred; candidates with an inactive license or actively pursuing CPA will also be considered.
• CIRA (Condo/HOA) audit experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated stability and loyalty to prior firms.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Desire to grow with the firm and take on increasing responsibility over time.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle audits from planning through completion with minimal oversight.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients throughout the audit process.
• Identify and resolve audit issues independently.
• Oversee and mentor junior staff.
• Present audit reports and financial statements directly to clients.
