Qualifications

• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with accounting software such as CCH Engagement, Creative Solutions Fixed Assets, PPC Checkpoint Tools, and QuickBooks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute diverse accounting and auditing assignments with minimal supervision.
• Mentor staff accountants to ensure high-quality work and standards.
• Prepare workpapers and financial statements in line with GAAP or OCBOA.
• Plan and schedule client engagements to meet deadlines and compliance.
• Recommend improvements to internal controls and operations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure smooth engagements.
