Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Master's degree in Accounting is a plus.
• 2–4 years of audit experience in public accounting.
• CPA or CPA candidate status is required or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients by gathering information and offering process-improvement recommendations.
• Lead client audit, review, and compilation engagements, including planning and execution.
• Demonstrate knowledge of GAAP and financial statement presentation.
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates on audit processes.
• Research and analyze financial statements and audit issues.
• Acquire working knowledge of clients’ businesses.
• Perform other accounting services as assigned.
