Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience with a focus on Sarbanes-Oxley compliance in publicly traded companies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end walkthroughs to confirm controls and risks, identify control gaps, and design IT and business controls.
• Prepare audit-ready documentation and work papers; refine control language and process flows.
• Engage stakeholders across corporate functions to collect information and communicate recommendations.
• Evaluate findings and coordinate remediation of deficiencies; summarize risks to Management.
• Support planning, scheduling, and execution of SOX testing; coordinate with External Auditors.
• Supervise and/or review work performed by team members; develop subject-matter expertise.
