Title: Senior Auditor

The Opportunity:

ONE HIRING have partnered with a mid-sized public accounting firm on the search for a Senior Auditor. This is a hands-on role focused on preparing and reviewing audits, financial statements, and compilations across a variety of industries including auto dealerships, real estate, and not-for-profits.

You'll work closely with an Audit Manager and partners to manage engagements from planning to wrap-up—including drafting full financial statements and disclosures. Unlike larger firms, you’ll get full visibility into the entire process and real opportunity to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and perform audits, reviews, and compilations for small to mid-sized businesses
• Draft complete financial statements and disclosures
• Analyze internal controls and account reconciliations
• Manage multiple engagements and communicate directly with clients
• Support partners across different industry verticals
• Optional: Prepare business tax returns (a plus, not required)

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of GAAP, audit standards, and financial statement preparation
• Self-starter who can handle full engagements independently
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, mid-sized firm
• CPA preferred, but not required
