JCW is partnering with a leading international insurance organization to hire a Senior Auditor for their growing U.S. Internal Audit team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced audit professional looking to join a highly respected global insurer and gain exposure across Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) operations. The role offers strong visibility across the business and the opportunity to contribute to operational improvements, risk management initiatives, and strategic audit projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute operational and risk-based audits across underwriting, claims, distribution, and broader Commercial P&C business functions
• Assess the effectiveness of key business processes and identify opportunities to strengthen controls and improve operational efficiency
• Support audit planning, fieldwork, testing, and reporting activities across a variety of engagements
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to communicate findings and provide practical recommendations
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and broader internal audit projects
• Stay informed on emerging industry risks and regulatory developments impacting the insurance sector

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3–6+ years of internal audit, external audit, operational risk, or consulting experience within insurance
• Strong understanding of Commercial P&C insurance operations, including underwriting and claims processes
• Experience participating in operational or risk-focused audits
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• CPA, CIA, or other relevant certifications preferred
