Job summary

BCBSLA is seeking a seasoned Lead Audit Services Consultant to supervise engagements across financial, operational, and IT controls within the Corporate Audit Division. You will provide risk assessment and advisory input on control design and collaborate with business units to strengthen governance.

The role requires advanced knowledge of IIA standards, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple audits from planning to completion in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science or related field is required.
• Senior-level experience with internal controls, risk assessment, and audits.
• Strong knowledge of IIA standards and audit methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements across financial, operational, and IT controls.
• Provide risk input and advisory on control design for business operations and IT systems.
