Fidelity Investments is seeking an Audit Senior Analyst within the Professional Practices Group to uphold audit quality, advance innovative methodologies, and provide trusted guidance that strengthens our assurance practices. Fidelity Corporate Audit focuses on world-class standards and practical guidance.

You will support audit teams by reviewing reports and data, provide methodology training to auditors, and guide usage of TeamMate, JIRA, and Archer while pursuing continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Understanding of audit risks, controls, and technology.
• Strong problem analysis and solution implementation.
• Collaborative team player with proactive attitude.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Review reports, summaries, and data before issuance and update guidance.
• Assist in methodology training for auditors.
• Provide training on policies, procedures, and IIA standards.
• Guide auditors in TeamMate, JIRA, Archer usage and enhancements.
• Develop and update audit methodology and training.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Provide ad-hoc support to senior audit management.
