Qualifications

• Strong understanding of audit practices, including risks, controls, and technology.
• Proactive problem analysis skills with ability to implement effective solutions.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and collaboration.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; strong attention to detail, analysis, presentation, and communication.
• 2+ years of audit or related experience in financial services preferred.
• BA/BS or equivalent in a related field.
• Adaptability to changing factors and environments.

Responsibilities

• Review reports, executive summaries, and TeamMate data before issuance; update guidance to minimize repeat inquiries.
• Assist in providing methodology training to auditors as needed.
• Provide training and guidance on Audit policies, procedures, and IIA standards.
• Guide auditors in using TeamMate, JIRA, and Archer; identify efficiency improvements.
• Develop and update Audit methodology; communicate guidance and training; integrate Innovation Team tools.
• Identify and contribute to continuous improvement opportunities.
• Provide ad-hoc support to senior audit management and cross-department initiatives.
