Qualifications

• Requires CPA licensure and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Strong leadership skills with experience coaching staff accountants.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities for complex financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple audit engagements and client projects.
• Communicate effectively with partners, staff, and clients regarding engagement expectations and status.
• Drive business development and contribute to firm growth; build trust-based client relationships.
• Mentor, coach, and develop audit staff to support professional growth and performance.
• Travel approximately 15–20% to support client engagements.
