Client Growth Resources, Inc. in Latham, NY is seeking a Senior Audit Manager to lead assurance engagements and guide the local audit team. You will manage client engagements, review workpapers, and ensure compliance with GAAP/GAAS while shaping the office culture and contributing to firm growth.

The role offers visibility, autonomy, and potential advancement toward Partner, with relocation support as needed. A CPA and substantial public accounting experience are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• Active CPA license strongly preferred.
• Progressive public-accounting audit experience.
• Current or previous Audit Manager or Senior Audit Manager title preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and GAAS.
• Experience managing engagements and reviewing financial statements and workpapers.
• Demonstrated client-management and staff-development experience.
• Strong communication, judgment and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work regularly from the Latham office.
• Capital Region residency or willingness to relocate.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage audit and assurance engagements.
• Review financial statements, workpapers and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and firm quality requirements.
• Manage engagement schedules, staffing, budgets and client expectations.
• Serve as a primary contact for audit clients.
• Identify accounting, reporting and internal-control issues.
• Review staff work and provide technical guidance.
• Coach and develop employees.
• Coordinate engagements across multiple offices.
• Provide a consistent leadership presence in the Latham office.
• Support client growth and broader firm initiatives.
