Jobot is seeking an Audit Manager in Jacksonville, FL, to lead high-quality audit engagements and mentor staff. The role requires supervising from planning through completion, applying PCAOB standards, and leveraging ProSystemfx Engagement and PPC tools to boost efficiency and accuracy.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in public accounting, CPA preference, strong leadership, communication, and a client-focused approach.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of audit experience in public accounting.
• Proficient in risk assessment and auditing procedures.
• Experience with ProSystemfx Engagement and PPC tools.
• Strong knowledge of public accounting practices and principles.
• Employee benefit plan experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and execute audit engagements from planning to completion.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement audit procedures.
• Utilize ProSystemfx Engagement and PPC tools to enhance efficiency.
• Supervise, train and mentor audit staff and interns.
• Review audit work papers and financial statements.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to management and clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction.
• Assist with new business development and consulting opportunities.
• Stay updated with industry trends relevant to clients.
