You will manage planning through completion, review financial statements and workpapers for GAAP compliance, supervise teams, and help grow the firm through targeted business development while delivering high-quality service to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive public accounting audit experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards.
• Experience managing multiple engagements and client relationships.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop accounting professionals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality client service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion
• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients
• Review financial statements and audit workpapers for accuracy and compliance with professional standards
• Identify accounting and financial reporting issues and provide practical solutions
• Supervise, coach, and develop associates and senior-level team members
• Manage engagement timelines, budgets, and client expectations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Assist with business development and identifying opportunities to expand client relationships
• Stay current on accounting, auditing, and industry developments
