Job summary

Distinct | North America is seeking a Senior Audit Manager in Massachusetts to lead audit engagements across mid-sized to large clients. You’ll be heavily invested from day one with a larger platform's infrastructure, while avoiding a rigid Big 4 environment.

The culture is collaborative and forward-thinking; the firm is hybrid with 2–3 days in the Braintree or Woburn office. You’ll mentor staff, oversee planning, and work closely with partners. Equity options and clear progression are available.

Qualifications

• CPA designation preferred or active CPA candidate.
• Experience leading audit teams and coordinating multi-client engagements.
• Strong knowledge across industries and audit methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor audit staff across engagements.
• Oversee audit planning, risk assessment and delivery quality.
• Support business development and collaborate with partners on client planning.
