Dean Dorton is seeking a Senior Audit Manager to join our fast-growing international public accounting practice in Cincinnati, OH. You will lead assurance engagements, mentor staff, and collaborate with tax and advisory teams to deliver high-quality audits for international inbound clients.

Busy season runs January through mid-April, with travel expected. The role requires CPA certification, 10–15+ years of public accounting experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Formación

• 10–15+ years of professional experience including experience in public accounting.
• CPA license or similar certification required.
• Ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.
• Willingness to travel domestically.

Responsabilidades

• Manage assurance engagements from start to finish with review of workpapers and financial statements.
• Develop relationships with client management and set expectations of value.
• Perform audit procedures for complex or specialized issues and plan engagement objectives.
• Mentor and develop team members and conduct performance reviews.
• Collaborate with tax professionals and other teams across the firm.
• Travel during busy season (January–mid-April).
