Weaver is a full-service national accounting, advisory and consulting firm. We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior Manager to join our Financial Services practice, focusing on investment fund clients, including venture capital, private equity, and real estate funds.

Based in California, you will lead all audit phases, mentor staff, and collaborate with firm leadership on business development. Weaver offers competitive compensation and benefits across six California offices, with a culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA with 7+ years of public accounting experience or its equivalent.
• Strong relationship management and practice development skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop staff.
• Independent thinking and strong decision-making skills.
• Technical knowledge sufficient to supervise Managers and Senior Associates in a wide variety of industries.

Responsabilités

• Lead all phases of the audit process for Financial Services clients.
• Deliver exceptional client service and manage engagement teams.
• Mentor and develop Associates, Senior Associates and Supervisors.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on business development initiatives.
• Contribute to the continued success and growth of the California practice.
