Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA with 7+ years in public accounting or equivalent.
• Strong relationship management and practice development skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop staff.
• Demonstrates independent thinking and strong decision-making.
• Technical knowledge sufficient to supervise staff across industries.
