The Recruiting Hive in Cleveland is seeking an experienced Audit Senior Manager to lead multiple audit engagements, delivering high-quality services beyond client expectations. You will guide teams, manage deadlines, and ensure regulatory and standards compliance.

Key responsibilities include planning, execution, and completion of audits, fostering strong client relationships, overseeing billing and collections, mentoring staff, and driving firm growth through business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• CPA required
• 7–15 years of audit and accounting experience
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical skills with ability to conduct thorough research and analysis
• Proven leadership and project management capabilities with business development experience

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Manage the billing and collection processes to ensure financial objectives are met.
