Job summary

The Top 200 CPA Firm is seeking an Assurance Manager or Senior Manager to lead audit engagements from planning through issuance, while mentoring teams and strengthening client relationships. This fully remote role is open to candidates in PST and MST time zones, offering growth and a collaborative culture.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years (Manager) or 7+ years (Senior Manager) in public accounting, strong U.S. GAAP/GAAS knowledge, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• CPA licensed public accounting experience in audit/assurance.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and GAAS.
• 5+ years for Manager level; 7+ years for Senior Manager level.
• Proven leadership and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

Location: Fully Remote for candidates residing in PST and MST time zones.

I'm partnering with a growing Top 200 CPA firm with offices in Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA that is seeking an Assurance Manager or Senior Manager to join its expanding assurance practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a CPA who enjoys leading audit engagements, building client relationships, and mentoring high-performing teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead audit, review, and assurance engagements from planning through issuance
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, business owners, and firm leadership

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of public accounting audit/assurance experience for Manager-level candidates
• 7+ years of public accounting audit/assurance experience for Senior Manager-level candidates
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and GAAS
• Proven leadership, project management, and client relationship management skills
