Job summary

Software Placement Group is seeking experienced audit professionals in Scottsdale, Arizona for a flexible hybrid/remote role. The team focuses on managing client engagements, developing staff, and delivering high-quality audit services across industries.

Ideal candidates will have CPA status and 5–7 years of progressive audit experience, with strong analytical, technical, and client-relations skills. This is a leadership track requiring effective staff development and client management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• For Audit Manager: CPA and five to seven years of progressive audit experience in public accounting.
• Excellent analytical and technical skills.
• Strong client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and complete audits for multiple clients across industries.
• Manage all phases of project and engagement management.
• Review financial statements and related technical accounting issues.
• Develop and manage staff (for Audit Manager role).
• Work closely with partners and staff on client management, practice development, and business development.
• Serve as the primary contact for an assigned group of clients (for Audit Manager role).
• Handle multiple engagements and competing priorities in a fast-paced team environment.
