Growing CPA firm in North Scottsdale, Arizona is looking for an Audit Manager with a very flexible remote/hybrid schedule.

The Audit Manager is responsible for all phases of project and engagement management for multiple clients across a variety of industries. Responsibilities include planning, directing, and completing audits; developing and managing staff; reviewing financial statements and related technical accounting issues; and working closely with partners and staff on client management, practice development, and business development. The Audit Manager is responsible for an assigned group of clients.

The Audit Senior is responsible for all phases of project and engagement management for multiple clients across a variety of industries, including planning, directing, and completing audits and related technical accounting issues.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• For audit manager positions: CPA and five to seven years of progressive audit experience in public accounting
• Excellent analytical and technical skills
• Client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships
