Qualifications

• 2+ years of public accounting audit and attest experience.
• Current or prior Senior-level audit responsibilities, including engagement ownership or supervision.
• CPA license or active progress toward CPA licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with substantial accounting coursework.
• Coursework sufficient to meet CPA licensure requirements.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and professional auditing standards.
• Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements and audit workpapers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute audit and attest engagements from planning through completion.
• Prepare and review engagement workpapers, financial statements, footnotes, and related reports.
• Collaborate with Managers and Partners on engagements across multiple industries.
• Apply GAAP and professional auditing standards to audit matters.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for clients and maintain relationships.
• Review and delegate work to junior accounting professionals.
• Mentor Associate-level team members in development.
• Identify client issues and provide value-added insights.
• Manage multiple engagements, priorities, and deadlines with quality.
• Contribute to a supportive, client-focused, team-oriented culture.
