Job summary

CPA.com is seeking a Senior Manager in Audit Professional Services Northville, MI to lead end-to-end audit software implementation consulting for top CPA firms. You will guide technology transitions and methodology transformations, oversee timelines, and collaborate with firm leadership to drive change across audit practices.

The ideal candidate brings CPA or equivalent assurance experience, 9+ years in professional services, and deep knowledge of auditing standards.

Qualifications

• CPA license preferred or equivalent accounting certification with assurance experience.
• 9+ years of professional services experience, with 2+ years implementing audit or accounting technologies within CPA firms.
• Experience implementing at mid-to-large public accounting firms (Top 100, multi-office, or similarly complex).
• Experience across multiple audit engagement types: commercial, EBP, Single Audit, Yellow Book, and NFP preferred.
• Experience converting from PPC/KBA or proprietary methodologies to a new framework.
• Strong understanding of auditing processes, tools, and standards including AICPA and SQMS 1/2.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation engagements of the Dynamic Assurance Solution suite across firms.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to develop tailored implementation plans.
• Guide methodology conversion and align firm practice aids with CPA.com resources.
• Design change management strategies and secure buy-in from partners and staff.
• Define and manage project timelines, milestones, and multi-workstream deliveries.
• Provide pre-sales support with product demonstrations and scoping conversations.
• Deliver go-live and post-implementation support for ongoing adoption.
