TD in New York seeks a Senior Audit Group Manager to lead and develop a team of audit professionals, overseeing audits and projects of varying complexity. You will provide strategic guidance, coaching, and development to ensure strong operational results and professional growth for the group.

You will act as a senior advisor to leadership, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive cross-functional collaboration to align audit activities with enterprise strategy.

Qualifications

• Senior Audit Group Manager leads and develops a team of audit professionals.
• Oversees audits and projects of varying complexity and may act as a subject matter expert.
• Provides guidance, leadership, coaching and development to ensure results and development objectives.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple audits (up to two per quarter).
• Overseeing AICs and testers.
• Stakeholder communication and relationship building.
• Reviewing audit work for quality and detail.
• Engaging in continuous monitoring, quarterly reporting, data analysis, and memo writing.
• Taking ownership and accountability for audit outcomes including remediation of QC/QA findings.
• Performance management and escalation of critical issues to executives.
• Coaching and potential involvement in future recruiting.
