Job summary

Redhawk Administrative Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Audit/Financial Analyst in Washington, DC to provide technical advice and support to DIA financial analysts and staff. The role focuses on strengthening internal controls, remediation, and continuous audit readiness across multiple cycles.

The position requires TS/SCI clearance, DoD accounting experience, and strong communication skills. It is a full-time onsite role contingent on contract awards and government approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in financial management, Financial Analysis, Managerial Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline.
• 4+ years of DoD accounting analysis and/or budget execution, program development, financial management, or related experience.
• 2+ years of direct experience with DoD accounting and financial ERP systems, operations, or related experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required and TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Knowledge of USSGL and general ledger accounting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead remediation efforts to strengthen internal controls and reduce recurring audit findings.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders to institutionalize corrective actions.
• Monitor remediation effectiveness and support continuous compliance with audit requirements.
• Review and update policies, procedures, and control narratives to reflect remediation outcomes.
• Analyze recurring control weaknesses and recommend process improvements.
• Report sustainment activities and recurrence trends to leadership.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure adherence to controls and remediation practices.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen processes and documentation for long-term effectiveness.
• Coordinate with audit, compliance, and operations teams to maintain effective remediated controls.
• Develop metrics and indicators to measure remediation sustainment.
