• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.

• 3–5+ years of public accounting/audit experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency with accounting/audit software.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit fieldwork and manage engagement timelines and budgets.
• Prepare and review audit workpapers.
• Serve as a key client contact and build relationships.
• Assist with engagement planning and identify client needs.
• Mentor Associates and support partners with development initiatives.
