Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, auditing or related field required; advanced degrees or certifications preferred for senior roles.
• Professional certifications (CPA/CIA/CMA) preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or perform assurance engagements from planning through reporting with minimal oversight.
• Assess design and operating effectiveness of internal controls.
• Analyze testing results and suggest process improvements.
• Draft audit observations and recommendations clearly for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure consistency of reports.
• Adapt audit programs to changing environments and technologies.
