Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or equivalent with CPA eligibility.
• Minimum one year as assurance associate or equivalent.
• Ability to lead, prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Strong commitment to client service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and organize work papers.
• Maintain open items list and review work before submission.
• Ensure service quality, thoroughness and accuracy.
• Train and develop associates and supervise staff as needed.
• Manage client relationships and communicate engagement status.
• Propose solutions when issues arise and collaborate with teams.
• Work autonomously under tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Learn from feedback and continuously improve in the role.
