Job summary

ATLAS Navigators, LLC is seeking a Senior Audit Associate to join our Denver team. The role collaborates with Partners, Directors, Managers, and clients to support audit engagements, review workpapers, evaluate internal controls, and guide engagements through planning, fieldwork, and reporting.

The position is hybrid with in-office attendance 3 days per week; requires a detail-oriented and organized professional with 3-5 years of auditing experience, preferably in public accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA license or CPA eligibility preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant auditing experience; public accounting preferred.
• Experience with Non-profit and Employee Benefit Plan audits; governmental audits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with audit engagements from planning to reporting phases.
• Review and test internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyze financial and operational processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and index audit working papers per professional standards.
• Support fieldwork at client locations and communicate with clients.
• Maintain client confidentiality and effective file management.
• Collaborate with team and contribute across audit projects.
