Qualifications

• Minimum: 4-year degree, CPA-eligible, 3 years of public accounting experience.
• Preferred: CPA or pursuing CPA, accounting degrees, and 3+ years in financial statement audits.
• Asset Management industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted engagement team member delivering assurance services to middle-market clients.
• Plan and supervise audit engagement activities and oversee testing.
• Review balance sheets and income statements for accuracy and completeness.
• Assess internal controls and provide improvement recommendations.
• Discuss business recommendations with Manager and Partner based on findings.
• Learn and grow through on-the-job coaching and firm-wide development programs.
• Build client relationships and contribute to team development and culture.
